Your membership comes with a training vault, which takes you right from the mindset stages of starting a business, through to working out your pricing, setting up your website, getting your back-end workflows in place and so much more. We literally walk you through how to set up a business step by step. If you're brand new, you're most definitely in the right place!

Not at all, and that's what makes Hub Insiders so strong! We have designers at all different stages of their journey: from people who are still studying interior design and thinking about starting a business, to people who have been in business for years. It is a beautiful mix of experience and fresh new ideas, with each side bringing something rich and valuable to the community.

For designers at all stages, we offer community, training, mentorship and accountability, as well as access to our trade discounts, regular CPD opportunities, and lots more!

No you do not. Whilst we think it's a really good idea to get qualified (and we offer qualifications in our diploma programme), it is possible to set up in business without design training. Some of the most successful names in the industry don't have qualifications in design (hello Kelly Hoppen!) and still make a huge success of it. Yes it is!

This is a membership for people who are running businesses in the UK. 

All of our trainings are geared towards the UK market, taking account of UK legislation for example. All of the trade relationships we set up (so you can access discounts) are UK based suppliers. 

We do have Hub Insiders from further afield, and we welcome international members. However our membership is not tailored to international members, and we do not teach about legislation, practices and procedures outside of the UK. If you're happy with that, please do come and join us! 

This isn't a course, it's a membership. Although there are oodles of trainings available inside the membership, Hub Insiders is for community, networking and mentorship to help you to grow your business.

It is a professional industry membership, rather than a course. 

We totally understand that making an investment like this is a big step, especially if you are new to business and not yet getting paying clients!
